Frequently Asked Questions

The fee for a 60-minute individual therapy session is $200.
If cost is a concern, please feel free to reach out. I’m committed to making therapy as accessible as possible and, when I can, I’m open to discussing options that may help make it more financially manageable.
I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill. A superbill is an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement this way.
If you're unsure about your coverage, consider calling your insurance provider and asking the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services? If so, what percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
Are telehealth (online) therapy sessions covered?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and have I met it?
What is the process for submitting a claim for reimbursement?"

All therapy sessions are currently remote. In order to provide the most accessible and convenient form of care while prioritizing safety and comfort, all appointments are currently offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform. This allows connection with clients regardless of their location within the state of Texas.

The frequency of your therapy sessions is a collaborative decision that will be made based on your specific requirements. Typically, clients find it beneficial to attend sessions once every two weeks. However, this can be adjusted according to your personal situation, preferences, schedule availability, and the intensity of the support you require. My main objective is to ensure you receive the care that best fits your evolving needs.

While my practice is tailored specifically to support men and the unique challenges they face, I welcome anyone interested in my services to reach out as well. If, during our consultation, it seems like another therapist might be a better fit for your goals or needs, I’ll gladly help connect you. My priority is making sure you receive the support that serves you best.
