“After serving in the Marine Corps Infantry, I became familiar with how difficult it can be to find a sense of purpose during the transition back to civilian life. The loss of a close friend to suicide deeply impacted me, and it became clear that my mission was to help other men avoid a similar fate. I became a Social Worker and worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs, sharpening my clinical skills and deepening my understanding of the unique challenges men face. Over time, I realized that reaching more men would require a modern, accessible approach to mental health.

I started Mankind Mental Health to bridge the gap between men and the kind of support that speaks to them. I’ve seen how many men carry stress, isolation, or uncertainty but feel like traditional therapy isn’t built with them in mind. My goal was to create a space where men can show up as they are without judgment, and begin to make sense of what they’re going through. Mankind is about offering a modern, relatable approach to therapy that helps men reconnect with themselves, their partners, find direction, and build a life that feels more meaningful.”
